Josh Bornstein is the Director of Corporate Regulation at The Australia Institute.
Prior to joining the Australia Institute, Josh was an award-winning lawyer, leading the employment and industrial relations team at Maurice Blackburn for 29 years. In that role he sued many badly behaved corporations.
He is an honorary adjunct associate professor at UTS and a member of a statutory disciplinary tribunal. He is also the author of ‘Working for the Brand: how corporations are destroying free speech’, published by Scribe. His articles and essays have appeared in most major Australian media outlets.
