Reporting to the Deputy Director, you will be responsible for the day-to-day development, maintenance and improvement of our web properties. These include The Australia Institute’s main WordPress site, The Point, The Point Live, and our NationBuilder CRM.

We are seeking a Data Analyst – Supporter Insights, Marketing & Fundraising to help grow fundraising revenue, improve supporter retention, and strengthen donor journeys.

Working at the intersection of fundraising, marketing and data, you will analyse supporter behaviour, build segmentation models, and provide insights that directly shape campaigns and strategy. This is a hands-on role with strong strategic impact.
