Anne Kantor & Anne Kantor Young Women Environmentalist Fellowships

A unique program providing paid training positions to develop new voices in Australia’s policy and democratic debates. Named after the philanthropist, and trailblazer, Anne Kantor, our Fellowships support, train, and nurture the next generation of change-makers.

Based in Canberra, during the 12-month Fellowship, you will learn how to undertake research and advocacy, turn ideas into reality, and gain a broad understanding of how public policy gets made in Australia. You will also assist with social media, event coordination and administrative work.

The Australia Institute is seeking an Events Administrator who will be responsible for planning, delivering and evaluating a busy, high-quality program of events to promote our profile.

The role requires exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and most importantly, the passion and commitment to making a difference.

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, in a collaborative team setting and is goal driven.
