Admin Officer

In this role, you will support the Chief Operating Officer and Office Manager in providing a range of business and corporate services to the Australia Institute team.

Your duties will include managing incoming phone calls, email correspondence, and inquiries; overseeing financial tasks and daily banking; and coordinating logistics for staff facilities and sales of our publications.

Anne Kantor and Anne Kantor Young Women Environmentalist Fellowships

The Anne Kantor Fellowship is a unique program providing paid training positions to develop new voices in Australia’s policy and democratic debates.

During the 12-month fellowship, you will learn how to undertake research and advocacy, turn ideas into reality, and gain a broad understanding of how public policy gets made in Australia. You will also assist with social media, event coordination and administrative work.

The fellowship is based in Canberra.
