One of the most common refrains about the economy is that we need to cut taxes. But in reality among advanced economies Australia taxes less than almost everybody. But higher taxes does not mean raising income tax and hurting middle and low income earners.

In this webinar, the Australia Institute’s Chief Economist Greg Jericho explains the scope the government has to raise more revenue, how to advocate for more revenue and why higher taxes is not a vote loser.
