The Big Switch with Saul Griffith

Zoom

In ‘The Big Switch’, inventor and entrepreneur, Dr Saul Griffith lays out a detailed blueprint – optimistic but feasible – for fighting climate change while reducing household bills, creating millions of new jobs and a healthier environment. Griffith explains exactly what it would take to transform our infrastructure, update our grid, and adapt our households. The average household will probably save $5000 a year or more on energy and car expenses. Only on Australia Institute TV.

Saul Griffith, Ph.D, is an Australian engineer and inventor. He’s been a principal investigator on research projects for NASA, Advanced Research Projects Agency–Energy, the National Science Foundation and US Special Operations Command. He was awarded the MacArthur “Genius Grant” in 2007.
