Isaac Nowroozi began his career in the Sky News digital team, before joining the ABC as a cadet journalist in 2018. He was most recently a producer for Insiders and the political producer for Radio National.

During his time at the ABC, Isaac has worked as a journalist in Canberra, Sydney, Parliament House, Darwin and in regional Northern Territory. He has also worked as ABC Darwin’s 7PM news anchor and was nominated for a Kennedy award for his reporting on Indigenous affairs.

Isaac holds a Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Canberra, and is known for embracing emerging digital trends and amplifying diverse voices, particularly those facing challenges and adversity.
