Based in Canberra, our expert researchers provide analysis based on our original research from our six key research programs: Economics, Climate & Energy, Democracy & Accountability, Environment, International & Security Affairs, and Law, Society & Culture.
The Australia Institute also houses three specific research centres: the Centre for Future Work, the Centre for Responsible Technology and the Nordic Policy Centre. The Australia Institute is strictly non-partisan and does not accept funding from political parties.
