Elizabeth Morison is a Researcher in the Climate and Energy Program.
Liz started at the Australia Institute as an inaugural Anne Kantor Young Women Environmentalist Fellow. She then continued as a researcher in the Democracy and Accountability Program, publishing research exposing cronyism, inequities in election funding, and coordinating the national polling program.
Liz’s interests in climate and environmental integrity and social license are informed by her multidisciplinary background in research and data analysis, journalism, communications and community organising. She holds an Honours degree in Conservation Biology, with a focus on the impacts of climate extremes on ecosystems.
